By downloading or using Advanced Taxi Calculator ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is a taxi-fare calculator intended for taxi drivers and passengers in Israel. It calculates fare estimates based on time-of-day and day-of-week tariff rules.

2. Not an Official Tool

The App is an independent estimation tool. It is not a certified taxi meter and is not a substitute for the official meter installed in a taxi.

3. Estimates Only

Fare figures produced by the App are estimates for informational purposes. Actual fares may differ due to traffic, route variations, waiting time, additional charges, holiday-eve and holiday tariffs, driver discretion, or changes in official tariffs. Always confirm the fare with the driver or the official meter.

4. Tariff Selection Responsibility

The App selects tariffs automatically by day-of-week and time-of-day. On holiday eves and holidays, the user is responsible for manually forcing the correct tariff. The user is solely responsible for the tariff selected and the fare charged.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that estimates will be accurate, complete, or current.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or reliance on, estimates provided by the App, including any dispute between a driver and a passenger over a fare.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the App and this website are the property of the App's developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
